This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@in-victus.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it.
If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@in-victus.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
What countries do you ship to?
As of 2024 InVictus only ships to U.S. 50 states (48 continental, Hawaii & Alaska) and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands & Guam.
How much is shipping?
Generally InVictus offers conditional free U.S. ground shipping (on order of $59 and above), however we also offer faster shipping options (e.g. FedEx 2Day, UPS 2nd Day Air) for additional fee. Fee will depend on distance & season. Subject to availability & change without announcemement. T&C may apply.

We accept the all major US cards, including: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. Additionally we accept Amazon Pay. If you decide to use Amazon Pay, you’ll be taken to Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three business days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. Generally speaking - 3 to 5 business day for a credit to be posted back to your original payment method. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Please, check spam folder.

Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached via Submit a Return request. If you’re unsure about the product, we recommend contacting us via info@in-victus.com with concerns in regards what product InVictus offers fits your needs the best.
How do I return an item?
Feel free to submite return request via dedicated return page. Providing the return is within the 14-day return period and meets our return criteria (unused & unopened), we'll send you an pre-paid return label which includes Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) for you to send the order back to us. Please, make sure to package order safely and include all original materials and seal the packaging bag completely. You need to print the return shipping label, put it on top of the old shipping label and drop it off with the carrier. Return orders are processed on the business days only but take generally up to 10 days and approximately 3-5 business days for credit posted back to your payment account.
Under no circumstances packages without RMA and/or prior authorizations will be processed for return and will be refused for further return back to the sender.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@in-victus.com with the details. We’ll respond within 1 business day but not later than 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached. Subject to RMA request.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three business days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
